Rob Edwards is one of the most exciting young managers in football right now. He and Luton have secured playoff football for the second straight season. With a budget, a fraction of many of their championship rivals, they have a massive shot at making the Premier League this time. Rob has done a great job of building on the side that Nathan Jones had assembled before him but it could have all been very different. Today, I want to ask him about the turbulence of modern management. And find out about his pathway as a coach through the England youth setups.
