Wabu: To go straight to punishment is just not a way to create a safe and inclusive space for most kids. I think that forces a lot of m coaches, especially those who might be volunteers, out of doing it. And so if we want all kids to feel sort of safe and included playing sports, we really need to em talk about how we can bring more people into coaching.
