Why do you think that there suddenly was this focus on the importance of emotion and intimacy? Yeah, it's an important question. So why suddenly are so many people talking about emotion in these different arenas when they weren't talking about emotion previously? Is it the war? Can we offer such a simple kind of causal explanation of the war, the dislocations of war caused this? Around 735,000 children were evacuated from their homes and billoted out to temporary foster families. And those children were, you know, acting out. They were bedwetting. This was one of the sort of sources of evidence that were being pointed to as the family.
