I think it's a lot of the younger folks they think it is maybe yeah they don't know enough. Sure you might not know enough if you're like a year or two in but I think your perspectives are what make it valuable that new perspective versus someone that's been doing it for 20 years. Part of the way I got to where I am and know what I know was by building finite element models and checking shop drawings. That doesn't mean that we shouldn't let the folks doing that really sort of show us the way in terms of where the profession needs to go.
