Fidel Castro's Letter to Nikita Khrushchev
Major Rudolf Anderson was the only US fatality by enemy fire during the Cuban missile crisis. His death prompted renewed calls in XCOM for immediate military action. Khrushchev realized that he had given Fidel Castro, who could be quite a loose cannon, this absolutely enormous nuclear stockpile of missiles with all the Soviet commanders and everything in place.
