The Conflict Between Being a Producer and a Manager

I was aware of the different types of responsibilities being a producer and a manager. But I didn't want to spend the majority of my time on administrative things. And so I figured out, you know, a reporting line under me. There was a bit of a greater conflict when I decided I wanted to be a dad in my early 40s as a single person. That's why I made that change.
