Is It Possible to Go to University?

People often assume that albania, or a very repressive country, is always the same and looks the same at different points in time. But in fact, there is always internal changes. So it was purely oppressive or less oppressive, depending on these other permutations. For example, they were allowed to go to university. And not all a members of dissidant families were allowed to going to university at all times. They certainly couldn't choose any degree they want. The most disturbing question to myself is what would i have been if this system had not changed? Still to come on the history extra podcast.
