The S&P 500 Is Up 5% Year to Date
The good news is the S&P is up 5%, or 7% year to date. The questioning news is that there hasn't been like a lot of breath, I guess, if you will. You're seeing a lot of the strength coming from big cap tech and just large cap names in general. In order for it to be consistent with a new bull market and early expansion, you want to see small caps participate.
