The Short-Sightedness of President Trump and President Biden

President Obama said that's going to be the good war. He had a surge, but he was reversing the surge almost before he had fully had troops in there. By the time we get to 2019 and 2020, when President Trump is talking about pulling out the troops, 90% of those service members were gone. We had less than 10,000 troops in Afghanistan. The Afghan army was doing a decent job of holding its own against the Taliban.
