The human rights community is familiar with the dangers of spy ware. But who else should be concerned or be cautious of this? You know, i think if you're in high stakes litigation where you can assume that private detectives are being hired on both sides of the legal dispute, there's a possibility that down stream, somewhere in the contracting universe these private detectives, a hacker gets involved.
