If you could go back in time until 18 year olds self, what might you say and what might you do differently if anything in this in this trajectory of yours? Understanding that everything that happens in a person's life is necessary to be the person that they are. I did not grow up in a household that had a healthy marriage. I didn't know how to have healthy relationships. And it was all my fault. It took me a long time to actually figure that out,. You don't really know that you're in that kind of a situation until you see something that contrasts it. That's what I would tell myself to get that cleaned up.
