Mindy Kohn: I was so tired of hearing these stories about people being taken advantage of. My mom was a school teacher for a long time and towards the end of her career, I looked at her prospectus and I was just mortified. The scams that these investment companies run on California school teachers is truly unbelievable. She says she has like 90 plus percent of her portfolios and like index funds.
