i think the last 24 months, what we've lived through was just an accelerat of people really ing that the way we're working isn't working. And i think there's an opportunity for organizations and leaders to insert themselves ando mind. My corp philosophies, put people first, where performance and profitability follow. Like you almost have to treat employes to day as consumers of work.
