Some militant groups are supported by the by the pakistany state. Alcida has acted as a force multiplier for these entities in terms of propaganda and tactical advice, et cetera. It's difficult for all these groups to come together behind any one s because they have so many desperate gendas,. i think that will be amplified by the post 20 14 draw down. The war in afghanistan is, is winding down. But even if those troops aren't necessarily doing what they're, many of them were there to do, they're still there. Andwe will have likely a residual force of some number inAfghanistan for, for the forseeable future.
