Elon Musk: We think we'll exceed the best alternatives next year. The cost model is well understood. It's really about rate and yield, which will come in time over the course of this year and next. I mean, remember that battery day, where they laid all this out as more or less just a plan on paper at the time? And now here we are, and there are Teslas on the road utilizing these new cells. That's just awesome.
