Is Your Mental Game Perfect?

The first step to solving any problem is admitting that there is one. I don't think anybody's mental game ever will be perfect. The golden rule says treat others as you would like to be treated. And the silver rule from a mental game and from a self-talk standpoint says, talk to yourself the way you would talk to others.
