What Are the Lessons in Real Estate?
The lessons in what you're saying really translate to all real estate. You can't trust these people who are looking to sell an asset. A lot of the times they want to make their especially if the person pitching you that asset is not involved with the datoday and really just makes a commission on the sale of it, right? Like, so many new investors get burned because they buy something based on an opinion of value from somebody who is who is going to make a commission on its sale.
