Is There a Need for a Hundred Thousand K?
In this kind of market you will struggle unless you have a hundred K saved and no debt. So if you are making plans to have a bit of a portfolio going I guess getting a bit strategic about where you're putting all that extra money. Adam: We don't need cash we can use equity and we don't necessarily need a hundred K do we? No there's all different situations so I'd hate for someone to read that and think they couldn't buy because they didn't have a hundred thousand saved.
