The European Court of Justice - What Really Matters?

Prime Minister Orban has announced that there'll be a referendum. He says the pressure from brussels on hungary is so strong, only the people's will can protect it. But he doesn't follow the law - you still have to accept the authority of the european court of justice. So frankly, your referendum doesn't mean anything. What really matters is the ruling of theeuropean court. This is very anti democratic. I am still assure about the fact that the law which the hungarian parliament has passed is absolutely in line with the europeans regulations.
