Rent Review Mechanism in Commercial Laces
In commercial laces, the rent review mechanism is that the landlord and the tenant have a conversation. So i opposite, as landlord in this particular instance, whilst being a surveyor. I spoke to the tenant's representative, the surveyor whom they appointed. Er, and we battered back and forth about varily the pluses and negatives of the subject property. And then top and bottom of it, you come to a horse deal. It's never perfect. Back stop is always you go to arbitration or independent expert. Oke, that's brilliant, right?
