The Pajé Report and the Death of Diana

Pajé report details that as many as 14 cameras were positioned along the 2.5 kilometer route between the Ritz and the tunnel, but they were all private security cameras. There's no publicly available video or photos of the minutes leading up to the crash or the crash itself. And then there's Diana's warning to her contacts in the press to prepare for a big announcement on August 31st. Her death left everyone hanging. Was the accident manufactured to scare Diana into following a gag order? Or did someone determine the only way to guarantee her silence was to kill her? If she was murdered, who did it?
