The first thing i would probably do is incentivi every customer to make a refer that. Is there some kind of dislike, what is the profile of those of those high paying customers? Are they messaging them with the wrong kinds of things? Like for o buyers, for example, that by expensive enterprise sophwares. Most so nerds hang out on twitter, right? For i t buyers or whatever, and you're just cold calling like an animalman. You're not getting any attraction with cold calling. I so i'm thinking about tactics, channel alignment.
