The Prophet Muhammad's Final Clause for Muslims

The welfare system as we're used to was not national it was local. In the Islamic state of the time of the Prophet Muslim in this early state, if somebody needed help they wouldn't go to the national level but instead keep it to their tribal level. They shall take care of their own blood money disputes, their own prisoners of war and their own poor. If there's somebody who has blood money now blood money is an exorbitant amount and our times I think it's 150,000 ryas maybe like 40,000 dollars 50,000 dollars right.
