How to Deal With Mistakes

Sally Kohn: I saw it in your TED talk and it really sunk in for me. It's not that you just have to be right, but you have to be against the consensus. So including failures and success is determined by how you deal with those mistakes - they don't teach you this in school. But they should. Mistakes are the things that beat it into you that you better damn well change. And if you do that and you really know how to do that, it's important. She says when she encountered something of some sort that was painful, she wrote them down.
