How to Humble Yourself to Give Other People a Voice
I think that's often or that's something that came up in a lot of our conversations through the research um was how can we humble ourselves to give other people a voice. We all get sort of wedded to our our initial ideas on a project you know and it's really hard to let go of those when you realize maybe that's not what the community is calling forYeah yeah. Sometimes the kind of the major profound bits of feedback or the most things the things that major probably affect project are things that are said so off the cuff by someone or a group of people, he says.
