How Did You Get Hooked With Mass Timber?

I think a lot of structural engineers, when they're students, they don't take timber class. It's not like steal or concrete where everyone takes it. You kind of had to learn it on your own. From your perspective, it seems like you fell in love with it. Can you tell us more about why? I guess what got you hooked with mass timber and maybe some of the unique aspects of designing with it.
