God Loves the World, Why Is This Happening?

If od so loves the world, why are people being murdered? Why are people dying of these horrible diseases? The picture is god is some orchestrator of all the bad things, and some good things maybe come on. This is why it's so hard to connect him as a father when you get savedcause we are ruled and governed by situations and things that we have blamed him for that he's never done.
