We all have our natural strength, no matter what. It's like picking numbers for a meet. And ifyou you pick the wrong numbers at the start of training, by the time you're 70 % of the way through it could be your power lifting here. You can back off a couple of weeks and then try to do a couple of little heavy weeks, but you're not going to be am spot. That's why i took my time and i wrote it out 20 times. Why that?
