The Death of a 10-Year-Old Girl

David Rens allegedly followed Lori and the child to their car in a parking lot. At that point, he brandished what appeared to be a pistol and forced his way into Lori's car. It is further alleged that Rens cut a hole in the panty holes and began a sexual assault on Jane Doe. The little girl suffered extensive injuries from the assault and needed a blood transfusion and surgery to repair the damage. New York State Police executed a search warrant and Rens's home and found several CDs and DVDs that contained child pornography.
