How to Use Your Chakras as You Meditate

Many people agree that there are seven major chakras representing seven of the big emotions we all experience. Other people believe there are many, many more or even fewer but most people as I mentioned agree there are seven and if you could visualize them as kind of running up and down the middle of your body just imagine glowing little orbs of energyyou can imagine that. When you're focusing on a particular chakra you're circulating the energy a little more. It's constantly evolving energy just like your heart doesn't stop beating and you don't stop breathing. Chakras are considered you, your emotions, what you're going through and your consciousness.
