How to Get Consumer Insights Everyday
Do you really respect the amount of value that comes out of understanding your customers and interacting with them on a daily, minimum weekly basis? I would argue that this event is a way to get consumer insights. No company, very few companies, are doing any of those things. The reason is cause they need, they need to catch up. It's hard to take the eighth step when you haven't taken the first one.
