It was pretty much evolved out of card sorting. People like Jared Spool and Jacob Nielsen would have influenced me very much in the early years when I was getting going. And of course reading and just listening. You know, every day I try and read 10, 20, 30 or look at least look at. It's a different model and it's optimal workshops. We always discovered truth.
