Barry Allen and Darryl Kayby

Darryl Kayby was paralyzed from the waist down and suffered brain damage. Doctors testified that he had the mental capacity of an eight year old now. Barry Allen was released after serving some of his one to four years for grand larceny in 1991. He has no more convictions on his record. No one knows where he is. Which means he hasn't been kicked any crimes. If he was, they would know that he'd done. Or he changed his name. Could be now Mr Jenkins.
