I'd Already Decided I Was Not Going to Run for the State House Again

In january of two thousand 13, i served four terms in the state house. The only thing that hadn't appealed to me by that time in my life was commissioner of labor. Ah, i i didn't know completely what i was getting into with a state wide race being far different than a small, rural, estern north carolina district. O the the good people of avery mitchell and mc dow give me that opportunity for eight years,. i knew that i was only its weird again, timing and luck is so, so much a part of it.
