I think the 3-4-3 works fine. It's often deployed at Dortmund and it gets plenty of liberty from the assigned midfield partner. Sometimes there's a one behind and it gets a little bit more with one of two in front. So it depends on the shape they decide to go. If Dortmund go with the back four, that's what they do. But he can play both. And it feels like he's adaptable to me. He also enjoys playing with Declan Rice for England,. which is which is good. I love that. We compliment each other very well.
