Self-compassion can be dangerous because sometimes we believe self-compassion is I'm going to do whatever I want and live however I want. And that's not how, you know, real self- compassion works. If my goal is to decrease the voice of my manga, the way I do that is by being super kind to myself. That everything is just an opportunity for me to be fine tuning and figuring it out in a different way.
