The Justice Department's Response to the Arco Affidavit

Clarence: I don't understand why there doesn't seem to be more of a sense of urgency around the timing of this investigation. Clare, i mean, if you read the judge's order, basically he accepts the justice department's reactions. And obviously they wouldn't leave anything in there that they thought would jeopardize witnesses or jeopardize their investigation. We won't learn all the details of that when this affidavit is released in rejacted form, but we'll learn a little bit more.
