The Impact of the Greek Revolution on the Ottoman Empire
The ottoman empire was unable to compete in the way that it had done earlier with the great powers of europe. The state was simply not able to raise the resources or create the army that could compete. It's the greek revolution that makes this manifest for the very first time. So i would say that the impact of the greekrevolution is as great for the empire as it is for the greeks.
