Coaches are not equipped to know how to build often, and how do you create those relationships and connections between you and players. I love what you shared there for a lot of reasons. You've got to embed it within your culture, within your team. And we're very deliberate in that in the last couple of years. We preach massively is appreciating other people's success. If you can't appreciate someone else's success then i'm not sure you can be around our programme. So i think there's an awful shift in in how we're trying to build or daily climates to make sure that our culture is better a long term.
