Charlie wilson was born in 18 34 and spent the first 16 years of his life as a woman. He ran away from an abusive marriage, cut off his hair and became a painter. But he ended up in poverty after losing m his wife of 22 years. And i think we are understarting to finally grasp just how detrimental it is to our trans youth to force them to consume and to perform a general that they feel as utterly alien to them.
