I'm Seeing an Evolution in Team Management

Businesses are trying to figure out how to optimately structure larger teams right? A lot of this comes down to hod structure of a big team. The downside is, yes, i'm seeing like a shift more rigidly marked lines in some cases. In some companies, there's an understanding that the the organization of the team is not a ah, it's not a fence that people can't cross over.
