The Unclassified Report on the Trump Administration's Evacuation Plan

CNN's John Defterios spoke with a former Marine who was part of the team that helped evaluate what went wrong in Afghanistan. The report, he said, is not as bad as some people are making it out to be. He says President Donald Trump gave them a plan and they couldn't work with him on it. And so we would have been back at war if things hadn't changed, defterios added.
