Classification of Perennial Tendon Terrs
The blood supplied to the perennial tendons is supplied by branches of the anterior and posterior tibula arteries. Patients typically report feeling a pop with a distinct dorsa flexion ankle injury. There are also feelings of instability in the lateral ankle, and there may be sensation of stepping on a pebble if an as perennium is symptomatic.
