Building a 90% Union in a Voluntary Pay as You Go State

In the first two campaigns for meeting with workers who basically hated their union. That pivot was instrumental, I think to us actually building a 90% union in a voluntary pay as you go kind of state. Sounds like you're also describing it as a kind of like recruitment opportunity for those who are not currently engaged in the union or even anti union. Yeah. There's plenty of stories of that in the book,. Is that like you bring them into this process and you show them what a union looks like?Yeah. It's something that they would want to be a part of because they see how dynamic it is and how it's a force for them to change their life on the job.
