Issac Newton's Challenger Comes to an End

Newton was one of the leaders of the de facto move from a silver to a gold standard. In England it became de jure in the 19th century, but effectively it was already in place by 1717 or so. The overweight coins were all out of England by the early part of the 18th century. So you know, Challenger does come to an end.
