What Do I Do if My Temperatures Are Erratic?

In a normal typical cycle, we would expect the mucus to dry up and for you to stop seeing it after you ovulated. So some women continue to see a little bit of mucus here and there but there's a distinct shift in terms of the quantity and quality. And so erratic just means sometimes they're higher and lower, they're kind of all over the place. The first step is to get a better reading of the temperature and then that helps to stabilize it.
