The ECB's Report on Women's Cricket
I think there's almost an element that at some level in the ECB, people haven't really believed in women's cricket. Decisions need to be made by committees that represent the people who play the game. There aren't enough women, there aren't enough people from South Asian backgrounds or black people on boards. The fact that Claire Connor is leading this up provides me with a lot of conflicts. So there are 44 recommendations that I propose going through all of them. But the ECB have given themselves a three month window to deal with this.
