The Importance of Detecting How Design Is Dissuaded

We afford well-known design leaders too much power to detect how design is discussed and conducted. We are dissuaded from generating multiple ideas, working through and testing concepts - which is essentially the most fundamental parts of design ideation. So we're not even doing our work that we're supposed to be saying that we are doing it the way that they're supposed to do. It's frustrating. Yeah, that is number five.
