The Hatch Act and the White House

Former President Trump has made some pretty wild posts recently on social media. One of them was that the cocaine found the White House was, had belonged to either the president or his son. Is that true? Was he in danger of going to jail, violating the Hatch Act and talking about cocaine? That might be a little bit of a stretch.
