How Well Does a Vaccine Program Work?
The Cochrane review dedicates the majority of its text to discussing the intricacies of how random numbers were generated. The only discussion, if you can call it that, of what the interventions that the trials did is in a supplementary table which is so badly formatted as to be completely unreadable. If we want to know how does a mandate or a mask program work, we're going to have to look at observational evidence.
